Soon Hock Land Pte. Ltd. has successfully secured a prime industrial land parcel at Tuas Link Close under a tender awarded by JTC Corporation, marking another significant addition to Singapore’s western industrial corridor, Skye at Tuas by Soon Hock.

The site will be developed into Skye@Tuas, a next-generation industrial development designed to support heavy-duty logistics, transport, and advanced industrial users.
The tender, launched on 28 November 2023 and closed on 27 February 2024, attracted three competitive bids. JTC awarded the site to Soon Hock Land for approximately $89 million, reflecting strong developer confidence in Tuas as a long-term industrial and logistics hub.
